The 48-Hour Call
Two days before your event, Jay'Me reviews the forecast with you and makes the rain call together — no last-minute surprises.
Free Reschedule
If the weather won't cooperate, you can move your event to a new date at no extra cost. Your booking carries over.
Tents Welcome
Want your own backup? Renters are welcome to bring tents and canopies to keep guests covered on the grounds.
How It Works
Our Weather Promise
H-Town Fairgrounds is an outdoor venue — The Center is a covered, shaded space and the grounds are open-air. We plan for weather from the start, not the day of.
48 hours before your event, Jay'Me goes over the forecast with you and you make the call together. If rain is going to spoil the day, you can reschedule to a new date free of charge — no fees, no penalties, no fine print.
Prefer to keep your date? Bring tents or canopies — they're allowed on the grounds — and The Center's covered space gives your guests shade and shelter whatever the sky is doing.
