Faith. Community. Purpose.
Hiram Clarke Community Foundation, Inc.
Rooted in Hiram Clarke. Working toward a stronger neighborhood through the Neighborhood Revitalization Project.
The Foundation
A Mission Close to Home
Founded by Pastor John Richardson Jr. of First Outreach, the Hiram Clarke Community Foundation, Inc. is rooted in a simple conviction: ministry belongs in the neighborhood, not only inside the church. The Hiram Clarke community is at the center of that calling.
John is also the owner of H-Town Fairgrounds. Together, the foundation's mission and the fairgrounds' gatherings connect celebration with purpose — bringing attention and support back to the neighborhood.
The Cause
Neighborhood Revitalization Project
This is why the gatherings matter. The Neighborhood Revitalization Project is a push to revitalize Hiram Clarke — its families, its businesses, and its future. Events at H-Town Fairgrounds raise funds and visibility for that mission.
Our Families
A neighborhood is its people. The mission puts the Hiram Clarke community and its families at the heart of why we gather.
Our Businesses
Local businesses are part of the neighborhood's story. Events bring vendors, sponsors, and the community together in one place.
Our Future
The Neighborhood Revitalization Project looks beyond a single event toward the future of Hiram Clarke.
Gathering With Purpose
More Than an Event
From RNB Rodeo HTX to Praise to the Polls, H-Town Fairgrounds creates a place for the community to come together. Those events also raise funds and visibility for the Neighborhood Revitalization Project.
For sponsors, vendors, and guests, the connection is local: the celebration happens here, and the mission points back to Hiram Clarke.
